We are very pleased to confirm the date for our next crisis management workshop on invacuation and lockdown. While organisations are well-prepared and well-practiced for evacuation scenarios, they are often less confident knowing how to deal with incidents that require premises to be locked down or for an invacuation to take place. This will be the fifth workshop we have run in this series and content includes: ✅ The current threat landscape ✅ Legal, regulatory and compliance requirements ✅ Liabilities ✅ Policy and procedure best practice ✅ Stakeholder and local engagement ✅ Practicalities If you'd like to find out more, or would like to register your interest to attend, please visit our website: https://lnkd.in/ezEGjzxJ

We are a proud signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant and Gold Award holder in the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS). At the start of #ArmedServicesWeek we wanted to share some of our thoughts and experiences on the ERS and the immense value the armed forces community brings to our business. The ERS isn't just a mark of recognition; it's a framework for fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment for veterans, reservists, and their families. ✅ Expertise: In the world of malicious risk, real world experience is a profound differentiator which our veterans and reservists bring in spades. As an ERS company we can attract the best people with personal expertise, exceptional discipline and the ability to thrive under pressure. ✅ Diversity of Thought: Our team fosters innovation and problem-solving ideally suited to the wicked problems faced in todays’ complex and competitive world. Veterans bring unique perspectives and experience to the table, ensuring we deliver innovative solutions to our clients. ✅ Community Responsibility: The ERS helps veterans translate their valuable skills to the civilian workplace, promoting a successful transition and contributing to a healthy national economy. By supporting veterans, we invest in the well-being of our communities. Veterans often volunteer their time and expertise, strengthening the social fabric. ✅ Supporting Others: We're committed to sharing our experience and are happy to help other organisations navigate the ERS application process. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to learn more! #ERS #advocacy #Veteranshelpingveterans #Reserves Katie Dodd

The global landscape is marked by political polarisation, economic stress,  and conflict -  posing challenges that are felt globally and affect enterprises in all jurisdictions. If you’d like to explore this topic further then why not review the strategic discussion points highlighted in our Annual Report or get in touch directly with one of the team. https://lnkd.in/ebt4S3YB
