📣 Winvic’s Future Leader’s programme drives new partnerships with VCSE’s. We’re proud to share the achievements of our latest Voyage Leadership Programme! This year, one group from our 2023/24 cohort presented a business case on increasing Winvic’s spending with voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs), leading to impactful new partnerships: 💫 ABC Life Support CIC - Delivering physical and mental health first aid training to our employees. Winvic’s collaboration with ABC Life Support has enabled them to deliver a subsidised course to Phoenix Milton, a vibrant charity and social enterprise supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs. 💫 Hey Girls - An award-winning period product social enterprise with a mission to eradicate period poverty in the UK, improve access to quality products and increase education about period health. Winvic’s partnership with Hey Girls means that for every product purchased, one is donated, contributing to the reduction of period poverty across the UK. Head of HR & People Development, Rebecca Schwarz said “We are excited to put into action the initiatives created during this leadership development course and to continue guiding the cohort through the process of bringing their ideas to life. Our commitment to developing young minds means we have excellent relationships with education and training partners across the country. We are very excited to be working with our new provider, ABC Life Support, that also aims to make a difference.” Our dedication to developing our people as well as projects shows in employee growth and development, empowering our teams to reach their full potential and excel as future leaders. 📰 Read more from CSR Manager, Emma Alderman, in the article below. #VCSE #PositiveImpact #SocialImpact #DevelopingPeople #YoungMinds #YoungLeaders #FutureOfConstruction #ConstructionCareers Millie Nimmo Heidi Salmons DipM MCIM Kayleigh Merritt Curium Solutions Robbie Seal, Jared Atkins, Laila Yasar, Oliwia Karwatka, George Johnson, Oliver Reynolds MSc, MCIAT, Jon Barnes, Hollie Parkes, Alex Spencer, Connor Eastell, Nirav Lad MCIOB, Kane D'Souza Danny Nelson Mark Jones Rob Cook Heather Ratcliffe FCCA

We’re excited to announce that Winvic has been shortlisted for two awards at this year’s Love to Rent Awards: 🏗️ Best Build to Rent Development Award Midlands - The Corkfield project in Edgbaston, completed for client PATRIZIA SE 🌟 Social Value Impact in BTR Award - The Bath House in Birmingham, set to complete in November 2024 Corkfield, already recognised as a key edge of city location in Birmingham, is a shining example of modern Build to Rent (BTR) developments that promote community, wellbeing, and sustainable living. The project delivered over 4,773 employment and training weeks, creating local partnerships, and fostering a strong sense of community among residents. The Bath House has become a flagship project for social value delivery. Through a collaborative effort, Winvic surpassed the target of 3,084 employment weeks and delivered an incredible 6,890 employment and training weeks. Our work with Birmingham City Council, local subcontractors, and community organisations has made a positive impact in the lives of Birmingham residents, supporting job creation, education, and local charities. The Edgbaston residents have been enjoying their Corkfield homes for 12 months now and it’s very satisfying to know they are thriving in their community. The social value statistics – including doubling the target of employment weeks delivered at The Bath House – really speak for themselves. It’s an outstanding example of our commitment to ESG.
