Age Diversity Management Toolkit As part of the HRM Theory and Strategy module assessment, all MSc HRM students recently participated in a high-impact consultancy competition, developing an Age Diversity Management Toolkit for Clanmil Housing Group, an award-winning housing association based in Belfast. This immersive and strategically challenging competition was designed and led by Dr. Sajia Ferdous-Gilbert, with collaborative support from Ruth Reaney and Karl Webb. We celebrated the outstanding achievements of the winning and runner-up teams in a special event where they were awarded certificates, recognising their problem-solving skills, industry research techniques, and innovative strategies for people management at Clanmil. Certificates were presented by Karen Gilmore, Executive Director of HR at Clanmil Housing, and Professor Ciaran Connolly , Deputy Head of School at Queen’s Business School. The competition provided students with a transformative, hands-on learning experience, helping them develop critical employability skills as they applied HRM theory to real-world organisational challenges. #QBSBusiness #QueensBusiness, #QueensBusinessEngagement, #AgeDiversity #HRM #Employability #QUB #QBS Lisa Bradley Heike Schröder Queen's University Belfast
