Cogent Skills reposted this
This afternoon, Ivan A. kindly hosted me at Qualkem. One of the key elements of Cogent Skills Apprenticeships is that we work with trusted employers as partners, which is essential so we can deliver programmes that are tailored for industry. It was fantastic to hear the journey Qualkem have been on, and see the passion that they have for developing such a vast range of high quality products and how they are also on a sustainable manufacturing journey. I got to meet Euan, one of our apprentices who is progressing very well and contributing to the success of a thriving business that are continuing to grow. I take pride when our employer partners tell me of their positive experiences with us as an apprenticeship provider and how our brilliant team continue to support learners and employers. #CogentSkillsApprenticeships
