Proud to have played a leading design role in the regeneration of Plant Basingstoke. The heritage-led redevelopment has transformed the former Mountbatten House, one of Britain's most important listed modern buildings, into a major regional asset. We were honoured to attend the official launch of Brabazon new town by YTL, officiated by the Malaysian Prime Minister. This transformative project will deliver 6,500 sustainable homes, as part of a vibrant new neighbourhood on Bristol’s historic Filton Airfield. It’s been a privilege to collaborate on this landmark scheme as part of the design team, and we look forward to continuing our work on this exciting development. Landscape architecture practice Grant Associates is set to work alongside architecture firm Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios (FCBStudios) on the redevelopment of the western end of historic Bath Press site after being appointed by heritage developer City & Country. Having worked with FCBStudios and Grant Associates in the past, City & Country was keen to work with them again as both their imagination and reputation will deliver a design fitting for this main route into #Bath. Keith French, Director of Grant Associates, comments: “Grant Associates is thrilled to be working with City & County and Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios to reimagine the former Bath Press west site. This is a site layered in history, offering an important gateway into our home city and an amazing opportunity to bring it back to life. A second Honourable Mention at the LIT Lighting Design Awards 2024 for Elementum & Rail Corridor Buona Vista! Located in Singapore’s One-North innovation district, this biomedical science hub is nestled within a lush green corridor. The #landscape design is thoughtfully crafted to balance innovation, nature, and community. In collaboration with Light Collab, the lighting enhances the #architecture and surroundings while minimising its impact on wildlife in the nature corridor. The softly illuminated podium creates a welcoming outdoor atrium, while the stepped sky terraces subtly highlight the building’s dynamic form. Along the Rail Corridor, gentle lighting enhances the tranquillity of the cycling and walking paths, offering a peaceful retreat for everyone to enjoy. We are pleased to share the news that Terminal 2 at Kempegowda International Airport has been named International Transportation award winner in the 2024 Interior Design Magazine Best of Year Awards. Reflecting Bengaluru City's global renown for its picturesque parks and gardens, the new terminal at Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru seamlessly encapsulates Karnataka’s rich history and culture. The airport's expansion, executed in two phases, encompasses a staggering 255,645 square meters, poised to accommodate up to 25 million passengers annually. The Reef at King’s Dock has received an Honourable Mention from the LIT Lighting Design Awards 2024. Located along Keppel Bay, this waterfront residence features an innovative floating sun-deck over the water, creating a distinctive aquatic experience. In collaboration with Light Collab, we designed a glare-free environment that allows residents to wander seamlessly between serene pools, floating decks, and tranquil internal courtyards. Every detail was carefully crafted to blend beautifully with the waterfront surroundings and enhance daily living.
