With no further funding rounds expected until 2028, 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹. Continuing our celebration of Women in Construction Week and International Women’s Day, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on another incredible woman at Guildmore. Today, we’re featuring the inspiring Eliza Roman, QC/QA Manager, as she shares her journey and experiences in the industry. Here’s what she had to say: 👇 🌟 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗿: I have been working at Guildmore for almost three years, and I have found working in compliance to be highly rewarding so far. 🏗️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝘀𝘂𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻? My father has been my greatest inspiration. He works as an electrician, and as a child, I often visited his work sites after school. Those experiences sparked my passion for the industry from a very young age. 🏆 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝗯? Seeing the positive impact of effective compliance on the company is incredibly rewarding. As we continue to celebrate Women in Construction Week and International Women's Day, we're highlighting some of the amazing women driving Guildmore’s success. Today, we're shining the spotlight on the talented Connie Lucas, Assistant Quantity Surveyor: 👇 🌟 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗿: I joined Guildmore last year and have learnt so much already! Soon I’ll start training to become a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor. It's been an incredibly rewarding journey so far and I’m grateful for the opportunities. 🏗️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝘀𝘂𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻? As a child, I watched builders renovate our house and was fascinated by how they took raw materials to create something tangible and new. That’s when I knew I wanted a career in construction, where I could combine my love for problem solving with my desire to create new buildings. 🏆 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝗯? Definitely the problem solving aspect.  As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, every day is different, and I play a key role in ensuring that everything stays on track as a project progresses. 💬 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻?
