The Cilfynydd Grid Stability project has commenced with earnest, and the site has now established its full operational welfare for the scheme. The project has entered the earthworks phase with topsoil strip complete via transport into the adjacent storage field and the cut and fill operation making excellent progress even with the intermittent winter weather. The access road construction into site has progressed with a view to moving into the drainage and reinforced concrete foundation works in the next period. 🚀 Exciting Project Update! 🚀 Highadmit Projects Ltd is delighted to showcase our recent Cat B installation of Electrical Services at Tower Wharf in Bristol, in collaboration with Vale Interior Contractors Limited 🏢✨ Located in the heart of Bristol, Tower Wharf is a multi-let office building overlooking the picturesque floating harbour in the heart of the city, adjacent to the expanding Enterprise Zone. 🌊🏙️ Originally built in 2006, this refurbishment project breathes new life into the building, providing two office suites complete with tea points, meeting rooms, and breakout spaces. ☕🗣️💼 Our project works include: 🔹 Refurbishment of Level 1 and Level 3 office floors 🔹 Open plan Cat A office space at Level 3 🔹 Replacement of existing services 🔹 New lighting and small power systems throughout 💡🔌 We are proud to contribute to the modernisation of Tower Wharf, ensuring a comfortable and efficient workspace for its occupants. We are delighted to announce that we will be developing a new Life Sciences facility as part of the Swansea Bay City Deal funded Campuses project, in partnership with Swansea University, Swansea Bay University Health Board, Hywel Dda University Health Board through ARCH and City & County of Swansea. Procured through SEWSCAP we will be working in collaboration with Pick Everard, Coreus Group, Powell Dobson Architects Ltd., Cambria Consulting Ltd, CMB Engineering, Highadmit Projects Ltd, MCCANN & PARTNERS LTD. The construction of the new innovation centre builds on our long-standing partnership with Swansea University, with Willmott Dixon having previously delivered a number of successful projects with them in the past. The building will include: • Collaborative spaces and innovation centre for a variety of users, including commercial partners, all under the sports, wellbeing and life science umbrella. • Seminar spaces, Media studios, Sports Tech labs, demonstration classrooms. • Development, testing and evaluation of smart garments and wearable technology. • The creation of an international centre for clinical innovation and sports performance.
