Delivering Social Impact is an important aspect of the Hub programme and it's always great to see activities which offer opportunities on our projects to local young people. On this West Lothian Council project in Livingston, our contractor Connect Modular, is linking with West Lothian College through to showcase the benefits of modular construction.
Earlier this month, Connect Modular Ltd delivered a guest lecture to a group of our construction students, on Modular Construction. During the session, Craig Vesey- Head of Development at Connect Modular, outlined the key elements of their modern method of construction and its many benefits of building. Craig also provided students with information on the 49-unit affordable housing development that they are currently delivering for West Lothian Council, next door to the college's ECOHOUSE. 🏗️ 🖱️: https://bit.ly/40hJ3XB 📸: Connect Modular Ltd
