Major milestone for ZeroAvia today as we received an FAA-G1 issue paper for our 600kW Electric Propulsion System! This marks a significant step towards obtaining final certification for the company's EPS from the US regulator - the company's first certified product. The 600kW EPS integrates the company's unique inverter and electric motor technology to produce a highly efficient electric engine with outstanding fault tolerance and specific power, paving the way for a new array of electric air mobility applications, including battery, hybrid, and fuel cell electric fixed-wing aircraft, rotorcraft, and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. It is, of course, also a key part of ZeroAvia's ZA600 hydrogen-electric full powertrain, which is subject to a certification application with the UK CAA. More good news! We have been contracted by a European energy company to jointly develop a standard design configuration for a 10MW green hydrogen production plant. Our customer intends to deploy this plant design in several projects across the UK. The design will combine two of our NEPTUNE V plug-and-play 5MW electrolyser systems.   The UK has ambitious targets for producing green hydrogen, with the aim of 6GW installed capacity by 2030, aided by the Hydrogen Allocation Rounds (HAR). HAR2, for example, aims to support up to 875MW of capacity.   Dennis Schulz, ITM CEO, said: “This agreement with yet another large-scale European energy company further cements NEPTUNE V as the clear leader in its class.
