🚀 8,340 students. 103 schools. 1 groundbreaking programme.   Lancashire becomes the the county where every secondary school will have access to a groundbreaking tech first AI programme, ensuring students gain cutting-edge digital skills in AI, cyber security, VR, coding, and more.   Through the Lancashire MEGA Hubs programme, in collaboration with Lancashire County Council, we’re working with our global tech partners IBM, KPMG UK, Northrop Grumman UK, CGI, QinetiQ, Roke and BT Group, and government partners the National Cyber Security Centre and the National Cyber Force. Together, we're giving students real-world experience with emerging technologies and preparing them for highly skilled careers in the digital economy.   With thousands of young people set to benefit, this initiative is bridging the digital skills gap, unlocking new career opportunities, and building a diverse, future-ready workforce for Lancashire and the emerging North West Cyber Corridor. This collaboration reinforces our joint mission to equip the next generation with industry-ready skills, bridging the digital skills gap and offering underrepresented groups, including first-generation university students and women, pathways into technology careers. Gametech extends beyond gaming; it plays a pivotal role in industries such as film, architecture, and simulation. By bringing this programme to campus, we ensure that students gain hands-on experience and direct exposure to the skills and opportunities necessary to thrive in today's highly competitive landscape. IN4 Group at the German Gaming Trade Mission 🎮 Today, IN4 Group participated in the German Games Industry Trade Mission at HOST Salford, an event that brought together leading German gaming SMEs and UK-based companies to foster cross-border partnerships, drive knowledge sharing, and promote innovation and sustainable growth within the sector. Simon Benson, CTO of Gametech at IN4 Group, shared insights into our initiatives and highlighted how our international upskilling programmes are empowering organisations to innovate across gaming, esports, and creative tech. Strengthening our Partnership with the Ministry of Defence! IN4 Group is proud to formalise its commitment to the Armed Forces community by signing the Armed Forces Covenant. This pledge reinforces our support for service leavers, veterans, and their families as they transition into civilian careers. As part of this commitment, we are now an approved training provider under the Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELCAS), enabling service leavers and veterans to access high-quality training in tech, cyber, and digital industries. This aligns with the Ministry of Defence’s mission to support career development and ensure fair opportunities for those who have served.
