🚧 Intrusive works at South East London - Foreshore and Riverwall Investigation. 🌊 As part of our ongoing project in South East London, we have been conducting intrusive works (boreholes) near the river/river wall. Due to the proximity of the river, there are stringent environmental regulations and H&S standards to meet for compliance with permits for the Environment Agency and Port of London Authority. We are thrilled to have been appointed for the Ground Investigation at a residential development site in Hertfordshire, formerly a care home. Initially, we were tasked with a Phase 1 Desk Study and Phase 2 Ground Investigation. However, after reviewing the planning portal documents, we discovered that the Desk Study wasn’t necessary, ultimately reducing costs for our client.
