✨ Day 10 of Kartar: We’re celebrating 10 years with Siana Pemberton MRICS! Siana Pemberton is a Director at Kartar Consulting, having joined in 2014 as an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor. She completed her Bachelor’s degree with a First Class Honours and in 2023, became a Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Through her hard work, determination and unwavering commitment to her role and the practice, Siana was appointed Director in 2023, where she now leads a team of surveyors, committed to upholding the highest standards of service delivery. ✨ Day 9 of Kartar: We’re delighted to feature last week’s completion of 🏘️62 Dwellings of Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership🏘️ in The Green, Shirley, Birmingham for Stonewater Ltd. This project, which began in September 2021, marks a significant milestone in providing much-needed affordable housing. We had the opportunity to work as Employer’s Agent and Clerk of Works to bring this development to life alongside Bellway Homes Ltd. ✨ Day 8 of Kartar: We’re happy to reveal the successful completion of the A4177 Birmingham Road in Hatton, Warwick for Warwickshire County Council. As NEC Project Managers, we were honoured to play a critical role in the construction of a permanent access road to the new residential development. This project was crucial for ensuring seamless connectivity and ease of access for future residents. Our team’s commitment to safety and quality was vital in the effective delivery of this project.
