We want someone driven, motivated, and committed to ensuring the highest safety standards across our sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in producing RAMS, conducting HSE assessments, promoting safety policies, and overseeing both on-site health & safety and the associated administration. ✅ Protecting Our Most Valuable Tools – Our Hands! ✅ Today at 20 Ropemaker, our team participated in an important Toolbox Talk led by our Health & Safety Manager, Paul Carter, focusing on hand injuries and how to prevent them on-site. Our hands are one of the most essential tools we have, yet they are also one of the most vulnerable. A split-second mistake can lead to long-term consequences, impacting both work and daily life. We covered: 🔹 Common causes of hand injuries in construction 🔹 Preventative measures to stay safe, including proper PPE use 🔹 The importance of vigilance when using tools and machinery 🔹 How an injury affects not just work, but life outside of it At London Drywall Ltd, we prioritise safety and education to ensure everyone on our sites goes home safely. Global Health & Safety Week at 20RM has been all about the people that deliver for us day in and day out, the operative. We're working in an industry which does a lot of telling and not a huge amount of listening. Our operations need to be led by the skills of those around us.
