Over the last few months, we've worked in partnership with our local branch of John Lewis based in Magna Park, Milton Keynes. Milton Keynes Talking Therapies have delivered a total of seven face-to-face wellbeing sessions focused on a range of topics, designed to promote good wellbeing and mental health for John Lewis employees. Today's final session focused on Insomnia. It's been a pleasure to collaborate with a large-scale employer in the local area to raise awareness for the importance of looking after our mental health. It was great to be back at the John Lewis premises in Milton Keynes' Magna Park last week for another training session on supporting employees with their mental health. Maintaining wellbeing in the workplace is crucial to avoid long-term stress and symptoms of burn out.
