An extract from the most recent Considerate Contractors Scheme report on our 22 The Little Bolton's project, where the site consistently scores highly (as do all of our other sites!) : ''The site presents a professional image of the industry, with a well constructed hoarding that is promoting the contractors brand. The site is well organised and is being kept clean and tidy, with a substantial site setup within the rear garden. Prestart notifications were issued to the site neighbours and are being followed up with formal monthly newsletters, which are displayed on a community noticeboard and the project manager is maintaining positive relations with daily liaison. The registered activity employs management trainees and trade apprentices are employed through the supply chain. Goodwill gestures have been undertaken for the site neighbours and materials have been donated to a local primary school. The site registration with the Scheme is being well promoted to both the workforce and local community.'' Morgan Rae Ltd.
