CC Construction was formed in 1997 by school friends, Christopher Edwards and Cristiano Silvano. Robert Barclay joined the company in 2009 and was appointed shareholder and Director shortly after. We are delighted to share our latest project: a three-bedroom, three-bathroom residence in The OWO, one of London’s finest Grade II*-listed buildings. Our design strikes a balance between honouring the Old War Office's heritage and introducing a fresh perspective, blending classic and contemporary elements with bespoke furnishings and a cohesive colour palette. Completed within an ambitious eight-week timeline, guided by an exacting budget and a vision to bring the countryside into the city. A warm welcome inside our Wimbledon project! In the heart of the home is a state-of-the-art Japanese inspired open-plan kitchen which is centred around this stunning island unit, intended for understated elegance and comfort.
