SEGRO joins forces with Pure Data Centres Group to deliver its first fully fitted data centre 🚀 We are pleased to announce that we are forming a 50:50 joint venture with Pure DC Group to develop our first fully fitted data centre in Park Royal, London. This innovative partnership represents joint investment of c.£1 billion, and will deliver a state-of-the-art 56MW data centre in a core London Availability Zone.
