Telecommunications projects are what we at BREXONS LTD do. And we do it well. There are some large projects about to start, and with BREXONS LTD working closely with our clients we have provided a complete solution from the initial engineering change requests in our inbox. We have provided site surveys, full topography and GPRS to provide us and the client with comprehensive detail of what is below the ground, a design for a complete new pit and duct system to house sensitive infrastructure, the procurement of specific products and the expertise to deliver the solution. These solutions for some small enabling works prior to the main projects starting, were overseen by myself, and delivered by a team of conscientious lads on the ground doing the hard yards in all weather good, and bad, delivering a solution to ensure critical infrastructure is delivered on time, on budget, to specification and the expectations of the client. Sounds easy?! It is when you know what you are doing, have the experience and knowledge, not just of your trade, but also of the logistical and operational needs of your client. Having worked on MoD projects for a number of years now, I know what the client expects and the levels of communication and planning required to ensure all stakeholders are confident in what we are doing, how we do it and how we ensure that all parties have as little interruption to their daily operations as possible. When it all comes together, it makes for a happy client, a happy team and happy project manager.
