Great end to our Mitchell Place project for Transform Housing & Support. Architects Hayley Poynter Fenning and Sarah Young attended site for the final time as the official defect period has come to a close. So proud to have worked on this all female-led project resulting in the homing of 8 vulnerable persons, all whom have successfully settled into their new homes.  This new modular residential development delivered eight energy-efficient one-bedroom homes supporting homeless single parents and young people with support needs. #designcostmanage #architect #employersagent #quantitysurveyor #principaldesigner #multidisciplinary #shelteredhousing #modular

This time last week, Partners Liam Clench MRICS and Luke Turner MRICS MAPM went along to the South East Consortium Asset and Development #Framework Launch event in Kings Cross. It was a great evening spent meeting representatives from SEC as well as meeting other #consultants on the framework. This month we welcomed Holly Falzon to the P&P team for a month’s #secondment from Willmott Dixon. Holly is a Trainee Project Manager studying Construction Management at Westminster University and as part of her studies is spending time within other sectors of the industry. Today is her last day with us and she had this to say about her time here: “It has been an amazing learning opportunity gaining an insight into the consultancy world. I have loved becoming part of the team and visiting various sites to understand the type of projects P&P work on and the differing roles within the business. I have gained a deeper understanding about Consultancy Project Management and PQS and how they impact my role as a Project Manager on the Contractor side. A huge thank you to everyone at P&P for the time you have given me and for making me feel so welcome.” Managing Partner Luke Turner MRICS MAPM commented: “It’s crucial that as an industry we help to attract, develop and retain our talent. Buildings, brickwork and balconies, a summary of last week’s site visit by Partners Sarah Primarolo and Liam Clench MRICS to Suffolk Court, a social housing infill project for the London Borough of Redbridge. This project is providing 40 new affordable home across four new multi-storey blocks. The skies were gloomy on the day but imagine the sun shining with those views across London!
