About us

Regal is one of the capital’s leading privately owned mixed-use developers with a focus on unlocking value from complex urban settings. With a legacy of over 25 years of success, Regal continues to shape vibrant places that reflect the diversity of our capital city. Regal builds long-term partnerships with like-minded parties, including landowners, councils and financial partners, to maximize their collective ambitions. Regal’s brand portfolio includes five sub-brands: ‘Regal London’, comprising the residential assets; ‘Regal Students’, the business’s Purpose Built Student Accommodation portfolio; and ‘Regal Workspace’ its office portfolio. The developer’s in-house construction arm is ‘Regal Construction’, and ‘Regal Academies’ includes onsite construction skills academies. Unlike many other developers, Regal is a fully integrated business operating across the entire lifecycle of the asset, which means that it puts the customer at the centre of everything it does. Regal strives for progress towards net zero and invests in innovative technologies to reduce its carbon footprint. Regal works with partners and collaborators to create positive social value, and in keeping with its own entrepreneurial spirit, particularly works with groups providing support for young people and those wanting to further their own careers.

It was an honour to be asked by our friends at Finchley Rugby Club to represent Regal and play today at Twickenham. The club is celebrating its Centenary season so it was the biggest of occasions for all involved. It also gave both players and supporters the chance to honour a club stalwart who had recently passed in the best way possible. With thanks also to the Commons and Lords RUFC and the RFU INJURED PLAYERS FOUNDATION for organising and hosting.

We are pleased to announce that we have, with Joseph Partners, submitted an outline planning application to the London Borough of Barnet for the first phase of the North Finchley Town Centre regeneration project.   With too many empty shops, limited footfall, a traffic-heavy environment, and a tired public realm, we need a fresh approach to revitalise North Finchley high street. Our masterplan introduces a new civic square as a focal point for cultural and community activities, alongside wider footpaths, greener spaces, and improved connectivity to create a safer, more inviting environment. Ballards Lane will be reimagined to prioritise pedestrians and cyclists while maintaining essential transport access.   We are also introducing approximately 855 new homes to increase footfall, boost the local economy, and create a thriving, sustainable neighbourhood.   Over the past four years, we have worked extensively with the London Borough of Barnet, the North Finchley Partnership Board, local businesses, and residents to ensure that community feedback has helped shape this vision.   Our masterplan puts North Finchley back on the map as a destination where independent businesses can succeed and the community can flourish.

Hunger shouldn’t be a reality. But for too many, it is. Right now, 1 in 5 schools in London has a food bank, and over 20,600 people rely on food banks each week - 5,000 of them are children. This is the devastating impact of the cost-of-living crisis. We believe no one should have to choose between heating and eating, between feeding their children and paying rent. That’s why we are proud to continue to support Food Bank Aid in their latest "Help Us Give More" campaign - an initiative providing essential food, toiletries, and household goods to 33 food banks across London. We’re stepping up. Will you? Up until 10pm today, 17 March 2025, every donation to this campaign will be doubled - making an even bigger impact for those in need. Let’s not just talk about change - let’s make it happen. https://lnkd.in/eZh4JWDE

We have submitted a Section 73 Amendment Application for 100 Avenue Road that will bring forward 237 homes, including 35% affordable housing, alongside upgraded and improved public and commercial spaces and community facilities developed for The Winch.   The updated design incorporates brick facades to better reflect the surrounding area, introduces additional stairwells for enhanced fire safety, and prioritises sustainability with a gas-free, net-zero carbon approach. The public realm will be significantly improved, with multifunctional outdoor spaces, seating areas, play areas, rooftop amenities, extensive tree planting, and increased biodiversity.   For more information, click in the link below 👇

As we mark National Apprenticeship Week, we’re proud to highlight the apprentices making a real impact at Fulton & Fifth, one of Regal’s largest developments. 13 apprentices from Bone & Bowler Ltd, Gloster MEP Ltd, Cousins Group Ltd, AIS, Gloster Furniture, PCE, and LMEP SERVICES LIMITED are gaining hands-on experience on-site, working alongside industry professionals. This project will deliver 876 new homes, commercial spaces, and new public green areas. With the construction and supply chain sectors facing skills shortages, investing in apprenticeships is critical. By working with our supply chain partners, we’re helping to develop the next generation of skilled professionals and fostering innovation across the industry. Apprenticeships bring value not just to individuals but to the wider economy, strengthening the workforce and contributing to long-term growth. Thanks to the team at Fulton & Fifth, led by Daniel Frett and to our wider partners including Mark Longuehaye at Gloster MEP. #NAW2025

After a lot of hard work, we are delighted to announce the submission of our planning application for the redevelopment of Great North Leisure Park in Finchley, within the London Borough of Barnet Council. After acquiring the site in March 2023, our vision is to transform this underutilised 11-acre space into a vibrant, sustainable neighbourhood designed around health, wellbeing, and community connection.   Our plans include:   - 1,502 new mixed-tenure homes, including 23% affordable housing. - Brand new leisure centre with indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, gym, and multipurpose studios. - Nearly 28,000 sqft of commercial space for local businesses and amenities. - Revitalised green spaces and better links to Glebelands Open Space. - A focus on sustainability and climate resilience.   Our plans for Great North Leisure Park represent a bold reimagining of a neglected site, unlocking its potential to become a great destination for sports, leisure, and healthy living. Our proposals will create a new neighbourhood, delivering new homes, a new leisure centre and new public spaces, truly putting this corner of Finchley on the map.
