To celebrate International Day of Clean Energy last weekend, our Country Director in Nepal, Thakur Thapa attended a national-level summit hosted by the Alternate Energy Promotion Centre. The summit, titled 'Energy Transition: Towards Achieving Net Zero and a Resilient Economy,' focused on discussing investment opportunities, sharing experiences and developing strategies for accelerating the clean energy transition in Nepal. The event was attended by the Minister for Energy and Water Resources who was the chief guest of the program, as well as key clean energy stakeholders and donors who have been contributing to the sector.
