Alex Katsnelson has joined the Landmark Properties, Inc. London team as Senior Director of European Investment. He joins from Harrison Street, in the USA. Wesley LePatner has been appointed as the new Chief Executive at Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust (BREIT). Wesley has been with Blackstone since 2014, currently serving as COO, and is replacing the departing Frank Cohen who is due to retire at the year-end. Retirement Villages Group Ltd has appointed Thomas Karlsson as the new COO. Karlsson moves from P&O Cruises where he served as Vice-President. James Hiatt, formally a Senior Director at CBRE is set to join Savills’ London Investment Team. James will join forces again with former colleague Richard Garside who joined Savills in 2021 from CBRE to become its head of Central London Investment. James Beaumont has been appointed as CFO, Europe at Cortland. James joined from Industrials REIT. Cormac Dunne has been re-joined Arrow Capital Partners having been appointed as the new Head of Transactions for Europe. Cormac moves from Eagle Street Partners where he was COO. Scape have appointed Martijn Vos as CEO Europe to drive the student accommodation and co-living developer’s expansion across Europe. He joins Scape from Abu Dhabi Investment Council, where he served as head of real estate Europe. Prior to that, he held senior portfolio management roles at APG.
