Such an inspiring scheme to have been part of with Manchester City Council, MCAU and many, many others who have contributed to its success. We're delighted to have been appointed by Great Places Housing Group to its Innovation Chain North framework of contractors and consultants for the next 4 years, based on technical competence, price and commitment to social value. The £1.5 billion framework has been designed to support delivery of #newhomes across the north of England, not only to support Great Places’ #affordabledevelopment programme but also other Housing Associations operating across the north of England and will run until June 2028.
