What is your dream? I dreamed of building a business. I dreamed of travelling the world. I dreamed of writing my own book. I dreamed that Simon Squibb would help me. All of this came true because I had a dream. I’ve come accross a lot of business people in my life Simon is by far the most humble, genuine and generous individuals ever. If you want some inspiration go grab a copy of his new book “What’s your dream” while you are there grab a copy of my book “How to build Sales Confidence” where Simon wrote the forword: I met James Ski on a TikTok Live. On this Live I was giving away money to help people fund their dreams. I’m dedicating my life to the pursuit of helping people achieve their dreams. When James came on I immediately resonated with his mission to help people around the world improve their sales skills and build more confidence in themselves. In my 30 years of experience building and investing in businesses. The greatest success or failure in any business I have been involved in has been the ability of people in my teams to make sales. Learning to sell is the single best skill you can learn to be more successful in business or sales. Right back to that very first conversation with James - I felt his passion for sales and his motivation to help people succeed. So much so I agreed to mentor him for £10k. I have never done this before or since. Infact I later returned his money because I believe in “Giving without taking” and I preferred James to invest this money back into his dream. I have also been very taken aback by James’s story of living with bipolar disorder. He seems to have developed excellent empathy and understanding of people through his experiences giving him a deep emotional understanding of people and their needs. This is what sales is really about - learning how people behave and supporting them with their goals and solving their problems. James has gone extremely deep in this book on the mindset of what it takes to be successful in sales as a business owner, sales person, coach or entrepreneur. I really appreciate his practical tips on confidence and developing unwavering self belief in what you are selling. Without this you will not succeed. I’m absolutely honored to have written the foreword to his book “How to build Sales Confidence”. As the Founder of Helpbnk (A global community to help people achieve their dreams with free advice and guidance) and an investor and encourager of people pursuing their dreams. I wish everyone more success by picking up and reading this book. Without sales there's no business. Links to books in comments:
