Sky Perfect JSAT will deploy a disaster-response satellite communications system for Glion Arena Kobe, a multi-purpose arena set to open in Kobe in around three month’s time, the company announced on Jan. 17. This system, powered by the satellite IP network service ExBird, aims to ensure stable internet connection and voice communication via satellite during disasters. The initiative aims to enhance communication for medical response and facilitate coordination with local governments and medical institutions. Kobe has a population of around 1.5 million people.'
