We are delighted to announce the resolution to grant planning permission achieved at LB Southwark planning committee on Tuesday evening for our plans at Devonshire Place, working in partnership with Regal London. The development will deliver 941 best-in-class student bedrooms and 200 on-site affordable homes. The comprehensive development also makes provision for a new convenience food store, GP surgery, café, and community hub, along with public realm and transport infrastructure upgrades to enhance links to surrounding areas. This significant milestone has been achieved following extensive community consultation, including two appearances at the Old Kent Road Community Review Panel, resulting in the support at planning committee from the nearby Ledbury and Tustin Estate tenants and residents’ associations.
