Its a fantastic team achievement to now have the foundations in place & structures rising- but the pace certainly isn’t slowing down! The 90s called, and they want their transformer back! 😱 Our O&M team just completed a transformer replacement for a major UK supermarket chain. In just 4 days, the team removed a 1990s transformer, landed a new one and had it commissioned and energised, ready for the start of a busy week. We spent some time with our Senior Design Engineer, Safa Kamar, to learn more about his role and his development since joining as a Jr Design Engineer 4 years ago. Our key takeaways… Safa and the Design teams' efforts are vital in keeping Sinewave so adaptive. Their expertise helps shape ideas into reality, whilst finding the little efficiencies that add up to a big impact on project delivery. We'll be visiting other parts of the business to showcase their roles, which may go unseen to many.
