We are a dynamic hub that caters to the needs of contact centre professionals throughout the South West of England. Our mission is to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and growth within the contact centre industry. With a diverse range of events and activities, we provide a platform for learning, networking, and recognition. Whether you're an industry veteran or a newcomer, our community is here to support you on your journey to excellence. The only regional forum for Contact Centres in the South West Through a series of events and initiatives we provide our members with a support framework which delivers insight to connect as a region, sharing best practice, establishing professional contacts and above all, collectively working together to promote and support the industry - ensuring its long term success as it diversifies in line with future customer contact strategies. Forums Unite with contact centre leaders and team members across the South West and North of England regions in a high-energy, 30-minute power session on Zoom. Training We offer specialised training sessions designed to equip contact centre professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. These sessions might cover topics like customer service techniques, communication skills, and technology utilisation. User Groups Our User Groups bring together like-minded leaders from various contact centres across the UK, fostering connections that fuel innovation. Each group has a dedicated Chair, ensuring ongoing support and collaboration. It's not just a discussion; it's a dynamic round table debate, often featuring industry leaders.
