NEWS: #Stoford celebrates 10 years of development at #WorcesterSix #BusinessPark.   Stoford are proud to have been involved in this project over the last decade and have so far delivered 11 commercial buildings, providing c.1.2 million sq ft, and are currently on-site for phase 2, with the development of a new purpose-built 278,048 sq ft for global manufacturer, MiTek.    Worcester Six has also been identified as BREEAM Communities site and an exemplar for outstanding performance, not just economically but also environmentally. The site has excellent environmental credentials, with a central ‘green spine’ of ancient woodland and traditional floodplain meadows. UPDATE: Contractors BAM UK & Ireland have been trialling the first JCB 540-180H Loadall on site at The Tea Factory, Digbeth where we are currently redeveloping the former Typhoo Tea Factory to create a new landmark 84,001 sq ft custom-built broadcast centre for the BBC. The reuse of the original iconic 1930's building will be the heart of the Typhoo Wharf scheme. It is on target to achieve a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and EPC ‘A’ rating, with completion due at the end of 2025 and BBC taking occupation in 2026.
