They started collecting demographics and inclusion data about founders and employees, derived powerful insights from the data using analytics and created demographics-informed datasets such that they could remove biases in Algorithms used in organisations. It's hard to believe it's already been six months since we joined the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) Trust in Sustainability Programme. On our demo day last week, we had the opportunity to present TEXpert AI to an audience comprising of asset owners, asset managers, and corporations spanning various industries, including investors. Over the past six months, we've had extensive discussions with various stakeholders that led us to broaden our horizons, extending our scope to the wider domain of Social Sustainability. We've refined our objective to integrate social sustainability principles into companies using our existing expertise and features to assess their social impact from a DEI, Decent Work & Human Rights angle both internally and down their value chain. This comprehensive strategy ensures that investors gain a thorough and accurate understanding of sustainable companies, enabling them to envision the risks and growth trajectory clearly. Ultimately, this approach is enabling impact asset owners and managers to allocate social impact capital with confidence. We were extremely lucky to benefit from an extensive network at the CISL (Viola Jardon & Zoë Loughlin), Canopy (CISL)(Joanne Funk) & BSI (Vishal Narula विशाल नरूला, Wendy Niu) including the impressive cohort ( Gentian, SkenarioLabs, HACE: Data Changing Child Labour, CarbonBright & iov42 | Interu) on this journey and to run our ideas past them. 🚀 We look forward to running our pilot with BSI for the next 6 months.
