How can businesses in the automotive industry truly drive towards net zero? It starts with culture change. Copart UK Limited, a global leader in vehicle remarketing and recycling, recognised this in 2022 when they discovered the Carbon Literacy Toolkit for the Automotive sector, developed in collaboration with and funded by Auto Trader. Their journey since has been remarkable. 🤩 Carbon Literacy has transformed the company's culture, increasing climate awareness and changing behaviours across the diverse workforce. Carbon-reducing actions implemented as a result have saved Copart an estimated £22,000 annually. But Copart's work goes beyond its operations, to cascade Carbon Literacy and its benefits across the wider industry. This work has earned them the most prestigious organisational award for Carbon Literacy. 🏆 Read more about Copart's journey: https://lnkd.in/eSF5YAAe #CarbonLiteracy #CarbonLiterateOrganisation #PlatinumCLO #Automotive #Sustainability #CSR
