Last week we were thrilled to unveil details of our pipeline of developments in London’s West End. New Zealand House, 10 Spring Gardens and 33-35 Piccadilly will deliver 250,000 sq ft of office, leisure and retail space into the heart London. Alongside this quality space, we are also working with our delivery partners to prioritise sustainable development with construction underway at all three sites, and the creation of a number of training and employment opportunities.
