Every single dish we judged was FANTASTIC, and developed with great care, respect for the ingredient and most of all imagination. These chefs really brought their big ideas to showcase how perfect Tofoo is in just about ANY dish! Husband and wife founders; Dave Knibbs & Lydia Smith headed up the tasting panel to decide who would win the accolade. What a fantastic competition it was!
