Every now and then, an opportunity comes along to truly make a difference - and working with Sherborne Girls on their sustainability goals has been just that. With their dedicated students leading the charge and our data-driven insights, they’ve achieved an impressive 50% reduction in floodlight energy use and cut carbon emissions by 8.7% in just one year. 📉 It's inspiring to see young women taking the lead in creating a more sustainable future, and we couldn’t be prouder to support them on this journey. 🎥 Check out their story and the impact we’ve made together: https://lnkd.in/eQfyJ4sR #Sustainability #ClimateAction #PlanetMark #NetZero #SustainabilityInSchools

We’re excited to share this incredible project by our partners at Eden Project 🌿 The launch of Eden Dock with Canary Wharf Group brings a slice of Cornwall’s unique biodiversity to the heart of London. As cities grow, it’s vital to integrate nature into our urban environments, and Eden Dock serves as a blueprint for future initiatives worldwide. We encourage everyone in London to visit Eden Dock and experience this living artwork for themselves.
We're very proud to announce that we've been working in partnership with Canary Wharf Group to launch a first-of-its-kind, urban oasis in the heart of the Wharf. The green haven, named Eden Dock, will have a significant positive impact on biodiversity, creating more opportunities for people to connect with nature. Cities face unprecedented challenges in balancing growth while protecting the environment. By 2050, 70% of the world’s population is expected to live in cities. Over the last five decades wildlife populations have fallen by 69%. If biodiversity loss is to be tackled, cities need to be part of the solution. Eden Dock is a blueprint for biodiversity and habitat gain for cities around the world. To mark the launch, a living artwork, Nature Rising features over 20 living figures made of ligustrum – a flowering shrub – dotted around the dock.
