Calling all future leaders! Trek-Group is currently looking to employ two Graduates that can be exposed to our core operations at manufacturing sites in Stocksbridge and Doncaster and develop them to Future Leaders for the Group.   Overview of the role, including career progression path:   Stage 1 (Junior Operations Manager) - initial training for 4 weeks shadowing the Leads for the core Departments within the business and further period of training with Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, Retail, Sales.   This will be followed by getting exposed to our core manufacturing processes at each site and learning the process from start to finish. We estimate this stage to last up to 12-18 months.   Stage 2 (Operations Manager)- become the Lead for the Manufacturing process. We estimate this stage to take between 18-36 months.   Stage 3 (Junior Business Leader)- the successful applicants will spend time running individual companies alongside the Business Leaders/Managing Directors and fulfilling specific projects under the Group, this will include overseeing the current processes and procedures for each company within the Group and spend time creating new concepts and strategies to improve operations.   Stage 4 (Business Leader)- applying the new concepts and strategies and working towards consolidation across Manufacturing and Retail.   Stage 5 (Executive Level)- responsible for overseeing the overall direction of the Group and developing and implementing strategies and policies to ensure that the organisation will meet the goals determined by the Board of Directors.   The above cycle will be linked to various qualifications to give the ideal candidates not only the real-world experience, but the academic and theory backing. Role requirements: Professional Qualifications: · Any professional qualifications in fields such as business administration, management, finance or law will be considered. · Another possibility is the apprenticeship route- the successful applicant completing an apprenticeship of between two to three years that includes on-the-job training and completing the Senior Leader course through Sheffield Hallam University. · Any relevant experience in senior management will be considered.   Salary details: Initial salary between £30,000 and £35,000   Application closing date: End of January 2024 Interviews: February 2024 Start date: March/April 2024 For further details and to apply please email sacha.hood@trek-group.com #graduatecareers #futureleaders
