Watertrain had a fantastic evening at NWG (Northumbrian Water Group)’s GEM Awards, topped off by winning the “Small Supplier of the Year” award. Jane Ramsay, our Senior Manager for Quality, Learning and Development who attended the event commented: “Fergie, Paul, and I had a great evening, and we were delighted to collect the award on behalf of Watertrain. We all work so well together, and we really do ‘enable learners to succeed’, so to have this recognition from NWL is lovely.” Keri Davies, our Manager Director commented: “It is fantastic to be recognised for the high level of people development and customer service we provide our clients. Focusing on the development of Water Treatment Operatives, this apprenticeship is currently being utilised by organisations including WCS Environmental Limited and Churchill, and provides a robust route to shape new starters and upskill existing employees to harness talent. This qualification was designed to facilitate progression in the water industry and is both endorsed and fully recognised by the water industry and supply chain.
