Our guest suites are now live!   At our property The Sessile in Tottenham Hale, we recently launched our guest suites which are bookable for short stays.   During a stay, guests have full access to amenities designed by Linda Boronkay, including a gym with Technogym equipment, yoga studio, vinyl room and rooftop Orangery.   The guest suites themselves have been designed by interior stylist Laura Fulmine with the highest quality finishings and furniture. The interiors feature carefully curated artworks and hand-made ceramics and textiles; these design elements draw on Laura’s work as the Director of M.A.H Gallery. Last week, our Managing Director Sowgol Zarinchang, spoke on a panel at the Movers & Shakers Property Networking Forum Built to Rent (BTR) Forum in London.   This highly successful event, now in its tenth year, brought together key leaders from both private and public sectors for top-level conversations and debate, to share knowledge, collaborate, and to generate better outcomes for people, places and business.   Sowgol’s panel covered managing Build to Rent properties, how to optimise returns and how to create value in the most efficient way, speaking alongside Mary-Anne Bowring, Group Managing Director at The Ringley Group and Sophie Gunn, Associate Director at Packaged Living. Today is World Mental Health Day, so we we’re taking this opportunity to showcase how we embrace wellbeing at Way of Life.   Our residents deeply value wellbeing and we want to ensure that mental health support is offered across our properties. As such, we run a number of initiatives each year to empower our residents to look after their physical and mental health, as well as making sure that there are a number of Mental Health First Aiders on site at our properties at all times.   In May, we hosted a Mental Health Awareness Week programme at our properties The Gessner, The Sessile and Riverstone Heights in partnership with our health and wellbeing partner MANOR. Residents had access to an ice bath and sauna, sound bath and run club. We have partnered with Traid, a charity retailer offering an alternative to buying new clothes.   Across our properties The Sessile, The Gessner, Vida House and Riverstone Heights, residents have been donating clothes and shoes that they no longer need. We recently hosted the first ever in-person edition of Sifted Talks at our Riverstone Heights property in East London.   The panel focused on how to foster open conversations with teams for genuine insights, how to find the right workspace and what work-life balance really means.   Our properties, including Riverstone Heights, offer renters a place to call home while helping them to strike a work-life balance.
