Helping our members to attract their next generation workforce 👷♀️ Not all businesses have the luxury of a social value team or an emerging talent manager. We can help to bridge that gap, providing the support our members need. We recently launched a presentation highlighting the fantastic careers on offer in our great region. This ready-made toolkit allows our members to tailor it to their business and use it to inspire students at careers events in schools and colleges. Beaver Bridges Ltd are one of our first members to have delivered the presentation in schools with great success. It can be accessed here: https://lnkd.in/etTtrsvJ This week, we have also worked with Winvic Construction Ltd and together we hosted a work experience placement for high school student, Ben. Ben was able to spend time with site team and engineers, undertaking levelling activities and helping to process permits. And today, Lorraine Gregory joined Stuart Bishop from McPhillips (Wellington) Limited at Telford College jobs fayre to connect with local talent and promote the great opportunities on offer in our region. We've had a busy and enjoyable #NationalCareersWeek. Our region really is thriving and a great place to kick off a career in civil engineering and construction. #NCW2025 #Collaboration #SocialValue
