Listening to our customers – Let’s Talk To support our customers in sharing their thoughts, ideas and feedback whilst being visible across our communities, Wolverhampton Homes is delivering Let’s Talk sessions to increase our engagement with customers. Our recent sessions ran throughout September across different locations in the city. Further sessions to cover all areas is in planning. The sessions provided an opportunity for customers to meet our teams and have their say on our services, while learning more about what they can expect from us. We shared further information on damp, mould, and condensation, including how to effectively manage this and shared the ratings under the Tenant Satisfaction Measures, and what action we are taking to improve these even further. We would like to thank our customers for getting involved, and all colleagues who helped to organise and support these events. Our team involvement is invaluable in listening to customer feedback to help improve the services we provide. For information on upcoming events, including future Let's Talks, please follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and X (all ‘WolvesHomes’). #CustomerVoice #CustomerEngagement #SocialHousing #UKHousing

We are so proud of our Property Services team, for their ongoing support and sponsorship of The Hope Community Project! The charity was formed in 1985 and supports people of all ages in Wolverhampton with employment, work placements and language skills. We have been working with the project for many years, providing financial support, including a £10k food bank sponsorship per year for the next five years. ULPS staff have donated IT equipment, supported people into work, helped them develop new skills, and helped to cook and deliver Christmas meals. This is such a fantastic initiative that makes such a difference in the local community, and we are so proud to support The Hope Community Project.
