👩🎓 PIP Students Visit to Down High School 👨🎓 We were delighted to recently welcome students from the Royal Society of Ulster Architects’ Professional Insight Programme (PIP) to our Down High School site. Organised in collaboration with the Education Authority, visits like this support the development of the next generation of architect-undergraduate students who are currently in their second year of studies at both Queen’s University of Belfast and Ulster University’s Schools of Architecture. Feedback from the Education Authority has been wonderful. “We really appreciated the collective support from your staff when we visited the site. 📣 Social Enterprise Scotland Supplier’s Catalogue Launch 📣 We were delighted to be invited along by Social Enterprise Scotland to the launch of the Buy Social Catalogue in Edinburgh this week, along with Tom Arthur Minister for Employment and Investment and Economy. Since signing the Buy Social Pledge last year GRAHAM has spent over £250k with third sector organisations including: ✔️ RNIB ✔️ Move On Wood Recycling Project ✔️ Ethical Property Group ✔️ Men Matter ✔️ Charlie House These partnerships have brought value to our business and created lasting social impact in our communities. Meet the Buyer event in York was a success! What a great morning of networking with our new and existing supply chain. Presentations from the GRAHAM team provided an in-depth look at the design of Central Hall, York, which will commence Q3 2025. A business update from our Supply Chain Manager provided key updates on: ✅Requirements to become a Key Member of our supply chain ✅GRAHAM Supply Chain software ✅Secured / pipeline by region and sector Meet the Buyer events are a great platform to meet Key Supply Chain members and on hearing the positive feedback after the event, we believe we have achieved our goal. 🧠Celebrating Neurodiversity at GRAHAM 🧠 In support of #NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek 2025 our Young Person’s Forum were invited to hear from Emily Hammond and Hollie Cregan from the Equality, Diversity & FIR team at GRAHAM on the range of support services available to our colleagues. Over 50 of our Young People tuned in to learn about the various forms of neurodivergence, common myths, positives and negatives of diagnosis and the support services on offer at GRAHAM. We’re looking forward to Hollie and Emily’s podcast. #FIR #Equality #Diversity

🧑🎓 ConstructHER Programme Update 🧑🎓 Since enrolling in our ConstructHER training programme in January, our young students have joined the GRAHAM teams each week to immerse themselves in the world of construction. 🏗️ It’s rewarding to see them enjoying the process and learning so much about the industry before even finishing school. Already they have learned about Health & Safety, completed IOSH accredited course, BIM, Design Management, Engineering and Sustainability, but more importantly the girls have been on site to shadow the GRAHAM teams and find out first hand what’s involved in the various technical roles. A trip to Glasgow Caledonian University was also arranged to let them see where they could be studying if they decide to pursue an Apprenticeship. With only 15% of the construction workforce being female, we hope that training schemes like ConstructHER will go some way to help address the gender imbalance. #GrahamBuildingNorth #BuildaCareer #Construction @Debbie Rutherford @Suzanne Stevenson
