𝐑𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: 14,000 SFH homes have now been completed, with another 13,000 under construction. 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐕𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: SFH developments have been brought forward in 40% of Local Authorities in England and Wales.
