Between 2022 and 2024, the Operational residential sectors accounted for 24% of total applications - a significant jump from just 4% between 2014 and 2019. With demand continuing to outweigh supply, #Living schemes are not only proving more viable for developers amid ongoing challenges, but are also helping to ease pressure on the wider private rented sector.
