We are delighted to collaborate with I Love Claims and Consumer Intelligence on this project. As an independent charity, it is our responsibility to ensure young people have information and access to all post-secondary options available to them across various industries through higher education and apprenticeships. Being part of this initiative, allows us to offer young people more insight into the insurance sector, helping them make more informed career choices. #EarlyCareers #FutureTalent
I Love Claims (ILC) is collaborating with UCAS Early Careers and Consumer Intelligence in a bid to close the widening talent gap in claims capabilities in the insurance industry. Building on the success of ILC’s New Generation in Claims programme, this groundbreaking initiative highlights the growing need to appeal to the next generation of professionals. Together, ILC, UCAS, and Consumer Intelligence are set to launch one of the largest surveys of its kind, focusing on early career perceptions of the insurance claims industry. The collaboration will launch in November with a series of online feedback sessions between ILC’s New Generation in Claims Sponsors and Ambassadors to shape questions and outcomes for the main survey, ensuring that the insights gathered are both relevant and actionable. To find out how to become a New Generation in Claims Ambassador and contribute to this initiative, please log your interest with Emma Hounslow by emailing emma@iloveclaims.com Read more here: https://lnkd.in/eEypHngX #ILoveClaims #ILC #newgeneration #insurance #claims #ucas #survey
