Financing and Layaway

We have partnered with Bread Pay Financing to offer our customers payment plan / financing options. While we do not offer layaway, Bread Pay Financing is a great alternative. High Point Scientific does not set the financing terms. Any related financing questions should be directed to Bread Pay Financing which can be reached at [email protected] or by calling 844.992.7323 – EXT 1. 

If selecting Bread Pay Financing as your payment option and your order contains backordered items, please note that the "Est. Arrives By" date may not apply. A member of our order processing team will contact you via email shortly after your order is placed and inform you of your options. Please note, your in stock items will not ship until we hear back from you.


Making Changes To Your Order

We are not able to alter orders once they have been submitted. In the event you need to change any information on your order you will need to cancel your existing order and place a new order with the correct information.


Charging Your Credit Card

When an order is placed with High Point Scientific, our credit card processor pre-authorizes the transaction amount on your card, but your credit card isn’t actually charged until we are ready to ship your order. Please note that while the pre-authorization will show up on your credit card statement, the actual charge isn’t executed until the order is ready to ship.


Cancellations

Should you need to request a full or partial cancelation of your order, please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate your request as long as your order has not already been processed.


Return An Order

All returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To submit for an RMA, you will need to visit our return policy. This page includes everything needed to begin the process of your return, including the required "Request a Return" form. From there, our team will either contact you with additional questions about the return or begin the process by issuing the RMA number which will be sent via email. 


Missing Shipments, Parts or Damaged In Shipment

We will work with you to resolve any issues with your purchase. If you receive an order and one or more parts are either damaged or missing from the manufacturers packaging, please email us.

In the subject drop down select “All Other Inquiries.” In the comments section please provide us with your order number and a thorough description of the damaged or missing part. Failure to provide a detailed description will potentially result in delays in resolving your issue. 

After you submit the contact form you will receive an email with your support ticket number.  From that point, simply reply back to the confirmation email and provide as many pictures as possible to show the damage and/or where the missing part should have been.  Once received, our manufacturer support team will respond to acknowledge receipt of your message and include any additional questions they may have.

While we work to provide a resolution in a timely fashion, we may require responses from the manufacturer of the product or products you purchased. This may increase the time it takes to resolve your situation. If you need to call us after you submit your request via email, be sure to have the ticket ID from your email submission ready.
