Nestled at the pine-filled forested edge of Pine Canyon's 14th hole, Ghost Tree Residences embrace light while also providing opportunities to savor night-time darkness. 💫 As the first International Dark Sky Community, the City of Flagstaff Arizona not only boats access to astronomical wonders, but also offers residents the opportunity to savor beautiful starry skies that can only be found in one of the most premiere astronomical sites in the world. ⛰ Each of the 12 luxury homes in this intimate neighborhood at Pine Canyon has been carefully positioned to enhance privacy and maximize views of the golf course and the San Francisco Peaks. 🌲 Adjacent to breathtaking national forest land in Arizona's high country, residents can enjoy sophisticated amenities, unequalled facilities, and a world of activities amid unspoiled natural beauty. Ghost Tree’s design drivers were to capture views and harmoniously fit into its natural hillside setting. The design team also focused on creating plans that blur the lines between indoors and out, introducing expansive windows and doors, as well as wrap-around decks and courtyards with fireplaces to celebrate indoor/outdoor living. Indoor spaces are varied, with lots of glass and vaulted ceilings to capture views and provide ample natural daylight. ✏ Floorplans were carefully designed to work with the nuances of each particular site, specimen trees were preserved, decks and outdoor spaces were introduced to capture views and expand seasonal living. We then began to explore a contemporary architectural aesthetic and selected natural materials and colors that blended into the mountain setting. Materials and systems were selected to be sustainable and friendly to the environment. 🤝 As one of the last neighborhood sites within Pine Canyon, the team strove to deliver something special; something that will serve as a model for how design and development blend with the natural environment dramatically, something that will deliver an unrivaled lifestyle, and most importantly, something that will leave a lasting legacy. Throughout DJ's journey with 4240, his unwavering dedication and invaluable contributions have played a pivotal role in shaping who we are.
