Our team is excited to see our project with Boulder Creek Neighborhoods® at The Knolls in Westminster coming to life. This development features 122 units of single-family attached homes known as easyHouses. Norris Design completed entitlements, landscape architecture, irrigation, monument design, construction administration, and 3D renderings.

We would like to congratulate our very own, Diana Rael, on receiving the award for Mentor of the Year at this year's #Bisnow Denver Women Leading Real Estate. Diana's commitment to guiding and supporting her colleagues has made a significant impact on our team and the wider community. We are incredibly proud of her achievements and grateful for her leadership.

Last month, Norris Design received three Best in American Living Awards at the 2024 NAHB International Builders' Show in Las Vegas. These awards celebrate the value and importance of good home and community design, recognizing the architects, builders and designers who define residential excellence. Summit Sky Ranch Lake House was recognized with a Gold award in the Community Facility category. Located in Silverthorne, Colorado, Summit Sky Ranch is a luxury single-family community that connects residents to the surrounding natural environment through its unique amenity offerings, including a private, 20-acre lake. What was once a mining quarry was transformed into a safe harbor for neighborhood residents to enjoy swimming, fishing and water sports, as well as a place of respite in the accompanying lake house. Uplands was recognized with a Gold award in the On-the-Boards Community category. Uplands is a solution-oriented master planned community that creates vital housing opportunities for Colorado’s missing middle. Located between Denver and Boulder, the development of the site marks the revitalization of an historically underutilized and underfunded pocket of the city of Westminster. Hartford Cottages was recognized with a Gold award in the Innovative Housing Solution category. Designed in partnership with DTJ DESIGN, Inc., the cottages emphasize affordability and eco-friendliness, maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste by leveraging minimal foundation adjustments and standardized dimensions. . . . #peopleplusplacemaking

As part of a celebration of the best in design, architecture and place-making in Denver, Mayor Mike Johnston and the City and County of Denver’s Department of Community Planning and Development (CPD) announced the winners of the 2024 Mayor’s Design Awards. 4240 Architecture, and the entire design and development team, were honored to accept this prestigious acknowledgement of excellence and innovation for The Slate Hotel.
