Corewell Health's new HQ encompasses the new CTI tower and fit-out of the Brassworks (Wolverine Brass: built from 1904 - 1922) Building. Terrific working with NBBJ as always.
Corewell Health Place is in the home stretch! Exteriors and landscaping are complete, and some of the interior floors are now in use. Looking forward to the full turnover at the end of the summer! ABD provided holistic acoustical engineering for the Communications, Art, English and Humanities building housing KMSU radio and television studios, E-sports venues, podcast studio, theater, recital hall, gathering spaces, seminar and classrooms. The facility features an indoor recreation pool with two water slides, 13-lane indoor competition pool, outdoor seasonal splash pad, gymnasium, classrooms, and a food truck pod.
