Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) are foundational to the way we operate. This June, and every day, we’re honored to celebrate love and equality and recognize the vibrant contributions of the LGBTQ+ community. Our theme to celebrate this month, “Pride: It Means More!" places emphasis on how all of us play a role in fostering a culture of empathy, compassion and allyship. Standing in solidarity with our LGBTQ+ colleagues, customers and communities sends a powerful message that discrimination and prejudice have no place within our workplace and our stores. Show your #Pride! 🏳🌈 Check out local celebrations: https://lnkd.in/g6Dqw6HS

Today marks Martin Luther King Jr. Day, a time to honor the legacy of a leader who was instrumental in the fight for civil rights, freedom and equality. Dr. King’s relentless pursuit of justice set the foundation for the inclusive community we embrace today and serves as a reminder of the continuous work needed to uphold these essential values. Dr. King had a dream about a place where everyone mattered – and that's exactly what we foster here at Bartell Drugs, where your work and contributions are visible and valued. It’s up to all of us to honor his legacy by ensuring our workplace is inclusive and welcoming, and a place where diversity is not just expected but celebrated.
