Veteran's Day is tomorrow- a day for gratitude and reflection. We honor and thank our neighbors, staff, volunteers, and donors who have served our county. In 2023, the Military Family Advisory Network found that 1 in 5 military and veteran family survey respondents indicated some level of food insecurity. Our Foxwood Food Center served 3,751 households in September alone! Many of the 220,490 pounds distributed were made up fresh produce, like the beautiful variety of berries we've had this week. It's so important to serve our neighbors with the best products we can. 🫐🍓🍒💜 Foxwood is open Mon-Thurs from 9-4 and Fri from 9-12 at 3209 Wilcox Blvd. Guests can receive food once every 30 days. Walk-ins are welcome!
