This month, we are proud to showcase Riverfront Village at Pennsauken, a newly developed apartment and townhome community situated along the scenic Delaware River in Pennsauken, NJ. The demand for affordable housing continues to rise across the nation. In New Jersey alone, there are over 300,000 extremely low-income renter households, but only 90,000 affordable rental homes available to meet this critical need according to the National Low Income Housing Coalition. Over the years, she has contributed her expertise to various departments, including property management, leasing, and accounting. Beverly’s passion for leasing new communities, improving existing ones, and mentoring new employees exemplifies her commitment to Conifer’s mission. Recently, Lisa Kaseman, Executive Vice President of Development + Acquisitions, utilized one of Conifer’s exceptional employee benefits—Volunteer Service Time Off (VSTO). Lisa and her two daughters dedicated their time to supporting the YWCA of Rochester, a Conifer community that provides critical housing services. These include long-term housing rooms for women, emergency housing for women and families, long-term apartments for individuals experiencing homelessness, and supportive living apartments for women in recovery. Conifer proudly offers employees 15 hours of Volunteer Service Time Off annually, encouraging them to give back to the communities we serve. This initiative reflects our commitment not only to providing meaningful benefits for our employees but also to creating positive, lasting impacts in the neighborhoods where we live and work.
