Give the community a reason to visit your retail space, other than to buy. Offering coffee or tea doesn't cost much and brings locals in more frequently. Revolving art from local artists is a great draw and gets the community wanting to see new displays. Finally, hosting free events is the number one thing you can do to get people in the door and returning frequently. Host a run, local movie night, or art show to get people in the door. Our partners at Briggs & Sons took our drawings and made them a reality in their workshop with some back and forth during construction. Then The Joint Furniture came in to create the vertical slat wall on-site. Both were completely unique items that were designed to fit Patagonia Chicago. Did you know all this goes into creating a custom fabrication piece?
